Michael Vick Sends A Message To Jason Kelce, Fletcher Cox

After an epic collapse during the 2023 NFL regular season and a disappointing loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first round of the NFL playoffs, the Philadelphia Eagles headed into the offseason with an uncertain future ahead.

There was a lot of speculation about the Eagles and whether moves would be made, especially regarding the coaching staff and head coach Nick Sirianni.

However, the team decided not to make a change at head coach and stick with Sirianni moving forward, but other changes have taken place, with two of the veteran leaders in Philadelphia deciding to call it a career.

In the aftermath of Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox’s retirement announcements, former Eagles star quarterback Michael Vick took to Twitter to congratulate the duo and ask who would replace these two in terms of locker room leadership.

The loss of Kelce and Cox will potentially be game-changing for the Eagles, as they will lose two of their best leaders on both sides of the football field, and it will never be the same moving forward.

Unfortunately for Philadelphia, it is bad timing that these two veteran players would walk away from the game after the 2023 campaign, as they could use their leadership now more than ever after how the season fell apart.

It’ll be interesting to see how the Eagles bounce back after the forgettable 2023 season and losing these two star players because the team is still very talented and could be a force to be reckoned with again if they can get back on track.

Congrats on a great career #91.
Lots of lockerroom/leadership retiring in the past week with @JasonKelce retiring too.
Eagles fans who’d do y’all think will step and take the reigns?
