Mahomes is a Texas native who has always cheered on the Mavericks
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Matthews were spotted sitting courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Dallas Mavericks game Sunday at American Airlines Center.
Matthews, 27, has previously been criticized for her public antics that left Mahomes embarrased.
Seeing the couple at the match made fans remember one of her worst moments, which was also at a basketball game.
Last year, the high school sweethearts attended a basketball game at his alma mater of Texas Tech, and it did not go well.
Mahome tells wife to stop her ‘b—h face’
During the contest, a camera caught Mahomes telling Matthews something, to which she looked appalled.
She is then seen telling someone sitting next to her that he told her, “No more resting b—h face.”
Mahomes did nothing else but not his head in a sense that made fans believe he was done with her.
