Prince Harry ‘furious’ over high position given to Royal Family member at Invictus event

Prince Harry is reportedly seething after Mike Tindall was handed a top role at the Invictus Games, a royal expert has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex, who launched the games for injured servicemen and women back in 2014, is believed to be less than thrilled with the decision to elevate Zara Phillips’ hubby to such a prominent position.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams spilled the beans to GB News, claiming that the event has become “too royal” thanks to Harry and Meghan’s involvement

He claimed: “Mike Tindall, who is the husband of Zara, the King’s niece, has been given a high position to do something about the Invictus Games. I think Harry is absolutely furious about this. It has been announced, but very quietly.”

“Some people say they want Harry because he’s the beginning of the whole Invictus Games, and other people say that it would be delightful that they don’t do all this nonsense and they don’t want Meghan making speeches. They don’t want her leading marches,” reports the Express

“She did lead people who were in winning last year, and she walked as if she was at a dress show and they were walking behind her looking very angry because she doesn’t really know very much about the army and the military.”

The expert also poured cold water on any hopes of a family reunion, suggesting that Harry’s quick dash back to wife Meghan’s post-event means fences are far from being mended.
