Serena Williams just posted a super fierce video on Instagram.
In the clip, the 40-year-old tennis G.O.A.T strutted her stuff as she rocked a pair of killer shorts that totally highlighted her super strong legs. And I gotta say, the vid’s vibe was beyond badass!
Beyond tennis, Serena keeps herself in shape by working out on the reg—doing a lot of conditioning work, yoga, and strength training.

When Serena isn’t working it on the catwalk (or the tennis court), she’s working it in the gym. The tennis G.O.A.T. shared a video of herself back in June 2020 doing a speed and strength workout that consisted of ladder drills followed by planks, resistance band training, and a bunch of core-tightening moves. As for her diet, like a true athlete, Serena previously told Women’s Health that her nutrition philosophy is “eat to live. Don’t live to eat,” she said. “I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I’m eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff.”

So I try to knock them [her food groups] all out in one,” she said.
