Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce has noted more than once that their competing schedules mean he’s rarely able to watch his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, take the field. But with the Eagles’ season at its end, he and wife Kylie Kelce were free to be at Sunday’s AFC playoffs, in which the Chiefs faced off against the Buffalo Bills.
Also in attendance is Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, fresh off a defense of the relationship from Chiefs owner Clark Hunt. Though various football pundits have been critical of the pairing, Hunt is apparently on Team Swelce.
“We’re so happy for Travis Kelce and Taylor in their relationship,” Hunt said on CNBC show Mad Money. “When they were just starting off dating, there were a lot of people saying, ‘Oh, it’s a marketing stunt.’ But no, it’s very real. And as I said, the most important thing is we’re happy for the two of them.”
Swift rolled into the stadium at around 5 p.m. Sunday, as the day’s temperature hit a high of 24 degrees Fahrenheit. This time around, the singer was clad in high black boots, black pants, a red beanie, and a short, white jacket fans pegged as part of Gant’s Blank Canvas Varsity Jacket collection, specifically the entry designed by Kilo Kish. Surrounded by security and law enforcement, Swift was swiftly hustled indoors, but not before blowing a kiss to the crowd.
Once inside, she joined Jason in one of Highmark’s suites. The elder Kelce also wore red, in his case, a t-shirt emblazoned with the phrase “Big Yeti,” one of his brother’s nicknames. It appeared to be an uneventful arrival
