Taylor Swift is currently in the United Kingdom on her tour, with the singer fast approaching her 100th show this week in Liverpool.
And amid the hitmaker’s lengthy world tour, it was previously claimed that she “doesn’t like the thought of being tied down” when her boyfriend Travis Kelce was rumoured to be thinking of proposing to the singer.
American sweetheart, Taylor turned 34 on December 13, 2024, and at the time, it was speculated that her boyfriend Travis was planning a birthday party for his girlfriend, with rife rumours at the time circulating that Travis could “propose” on her special day.
“Travis has something special planned,” an insider spilled at the time, adding: “He’s arranged a very intimate romantic dinner just for the two of them, and is also trying to pull off a semi-surprise party with the help of some of her closest friends.”Speaking to Life & Style, the source added at the time: “There are whispers that he could use the opportunity to propose — that’s what everyone, including Taylor, is hoping for!” But of course, this did not happen, with speculation of a proposal still rife as the couple approach their one year anniversary later this summer.
Last year, amid proposal speculation, a psychic told us that Taylor is a “free spirit” and “doesn’t like the thought of being tied down”, so will “need to think about it”.
Renowned celebrity psychic Inbaal Honigman has carried out a Tarot reading for The Mirror, where she revealed: “Travis has a ring and will propose on Taylor’s birthday, says the Sun Tarot card, which is a major card, indicating big life changes.”

More recently, it has been speculated that the pair may get engaged this summer. A source previously claimed earlier this year: “Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan. They will get engaged on their one-year anniversary in July.”
And in May this year, Aa insider told Entertainment Tonight that “Taylor and Travis are doing amazing, and their loved ones see an engagement coming sooner than later”.
